Directions
- Grate the tsukune-imo.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the tsukune-imo and boil for a short time.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the shredded dried seaweed on top.

Tsukune-imo is very sticky and has a rich taste.
