Bok Choy and Bacon Miso Soup
This miso soup is easy to prepare, yet bacon adds a good taste to it.

Directions
- Cut the chingensai roughly into proper sizes. Cut the bacon into 3-cm lengths.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the chingensai and bacon and boil for a moment.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Chingensai was originally from China and it is now grown all over Japan.
