Stamina Miso Soup

The crispy texture of fried garlic chips would make you addicted to this miso soup.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Ground pork 120 g
Tobanjan (Chili bean paste) 1/2 teaspoon
Nira (Chinese chive) 4 stalks
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Garlic 1 clove
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the nira to 4 ~ 5-cm length. Slice the garlic and fry in vegetable oil into garlic chips.
  2. Put the sesame oil in a heated frying pan and stir-fry the ground pork. After the ground pork is cooked, add the nira and tobanjan and stir-fry further.
  3. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso. Place the ingredients of 2 in bowls and pour in the miso soup. Serve the miso soup with the garlic chips on top.
