Directions
- Cut the ryokuchiku into propose sizes. Remove dirt from the awabitake mushrooms and tear into pieces.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the ryokuchiku and awabitake to cook.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
The name of awabitake mushroom comes from its texture similar to awabi, or abalone. Enjoy eating this miso soup while imagining abalones.
