Shredded Potato and Imitation Crab Meat Miso Soup
This is a fancy miso soup of strips of imitation crab meat (kanikama) and potato shredded to a similar size.

Directions
- Slice ant shred the potato and tear the kanikama into strips.
- Boil the potato in the dashi stock. After the potato is cooked, add the kanikama and boil for a moment.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Use a potato variety which does not easily break up when boiled.
