Colorful Vegetable Miso Soup
The miso soup offers vivid colors of summer ingredients.

Directions
- Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into 1-cm squares. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into halves and slice them into pieces of 1-cm thickness. Cut the pork ham into 1-cm squares.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the zucchini, bell peppers and pork ham.
- After the ingredients become tender, lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
