Chicken Breast and Tomato Chinese-style Miso Soup
Enjoy this fancy miso soup of chicken breast and tomato topped with shiso leaves in hot midsummer.

Directions
- Sprinkle the sake over the chicken breast strips, cover with a plastic wrap and heat in a microwave oven for 2 ~ 3 minutes. Then tear the strips into small pieces with hands. Cut the tomato into wedges and shred the shiso leaves thinly.
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil, add the chicken strips and tomato and boil for a moment. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the shredded shiso leaves on top and hot sesame oil sprinkled.

Sour-sweet tomato and fragrant shiso leaves are good for hot summer.
