Scallop and Okra Miso Soup

Ingredients (4 servings)

Scallops 4
Okra 4 pods
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the okras into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the scallops and okras to cook.
  3. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

★ A Note

You can also cut okras into star-shaped slices. They make the miso soup enjoyable.
