Freeze-dried Tofu and Sausage Miso Soup
Freeze-dried tofu (koyadofu) absorbs the taste of Vienna sausage in this miso soup.

Directions
- Rehydrate the koyadofu in water and cut into proper sizes. Cut the Vienna sausages diagonally into pieces and the onion into semicircular slices.
- Boil the onion, Vienna sausages and koyadofu in the dashi stock.
- After the ingredients are cooked, lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Some Vienna sausages contain garlic, some contain herbs and some contain spices. You can use different kinds of sausages to enjoy different miso soup tastes.
