Minced Pork and Crafted Wheat Gluten Cake Miso Soup
This miso soup is full of ingredients and can be served as a main dish.

Directions
- Rehydrate the kozaiku-fu and cut the nira to 3-cm length.
- Put the vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced pork over low heat until crumbly. Add the dashi stock and boil. Add the nira and kozaiku-fu and boil for a moment.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Instead of nira, Japanese parsley (seri) also goes well in this miso soup.
