Taro and Mushrooms Sesame Miso Soup
Taro is sweet and tasty in winter. Enjoy it together with plenty of mushrooms with sesame flavor.

Directions
- Peel the taros and cut into quarter slices. Cut the base off the shimeji mushroom and separate into smaller bunches. Slice the Eryngii mushrooms.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the taros, shimeji and eryngii. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the mizuna on top and the ground sesame sprinkled.
