Daikon Radish and Chicken Red Miso Soup
Daikon radish in winter is very savory. Its taste is enhanced by red miso.

Directions
- Shred the daikon radish into thin rectangles and cut the chicken into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the daikon and chicken. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the kaiwaredaikon on top.
