In this miso soup, sweet and soft cauliflower in season suits savory chicken well with butter flavor.

Directions
- Cut the cauliflower and chicken into proper sizes and mince the parsley.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the cauliflower and chicken. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the parsley sprinkled and a piece of butter on top.
