Directions
- Cut the Chinese chive into proper sizes and slice the onion. Cut the aburaage into rectangles.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the Chinese chive, onion and aburaage. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil only for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
