Flavorous Burdock Miso Soup
The flavor of burdock (gobo) is packed in this miso soup with various ingredients.

Directions
- Shave the gobo into slightly larger slices and soak them in water. Slice the carrot into rectangles and the shiitake mushroom.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the gobo, carrot and shiitake mushroom. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the ichimi-togarashi sprinkled.
