Stir-fried Bitter Gourd, Squid and Onion Miso Soup
The combination of sesame flavor and vivid ingredients is appetizing.

Directions
- Remove the pulp and seeds from the goya, cut into semicircular slices and stir-fry with the sesame oil. Cut the squid and onion into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the squid and onion. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the goya.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Squid is easier to cook and to eat if scored.
