Grated Yam and Somen Noodle Miso Soup
Somen noodles are thin noodles made from flour. Enjoy them with this miso soup. They are refreshing and smoothly go down.

Directions
- Peel the yam and grate. Boil the somen noodles. Shred the shiso leaf thinly.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Place the grated yam and somen in bowls and pour in the miso soup of 2. Serve the miso soup with the shredded shiso leaf on top.
★ A Note
Adding raw eggs and myoga (Japanese ginger) makes this miso soup tastier.
