Aralia Sprout and Tempura Bits Miso Soup
A slight bitterness of Aralia sprouts (tara-no-me) gives a taste for adults.

Directions
- Remove the tough parts from the tara-no-me.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the tara-no-me. After the tara-no-me is cooked, dissolve the miso and boil only for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the agedame and shichimi-togarashi sprinkled.
