Directions
- Slice the satsuma-age slightly thickly and boil the nanohana.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil, add the satsuma-age and boil for a short time. After the satsuma-age is cooked, dissolve the miso and add the soymilk and nanohana.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Boiling nanohana in advance reduces its bitterness.
