Spanish mackerel Misosoup
Spanish mackerel,turnip and nanohana give a feeling of spring.
Ingredients (4 servings)
spanish mackerel | 2 fillets |
---|---|
carrot | 2/1 |
turnip | 3(small) |
nanohana | 8 stalks |
Dashi stock (kelp and skipjack tuna flakes) |
800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the spanish mackerel into proper sizes and dip in boiling water.
- Cut the turnip and carrot proper sizes.Cut the nanohana into proper sizes and boil it.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the turnip and the carrot.
- After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the spanish mackerel and the nanohana.Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Add nanohana just before you stop heating since it is easily cooked.
