Grated Daikon Snow Miso Soup
Refreshing grated daikon radish makes you feel at ease. This is a unique miso soup with ordinary ingredients.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Tofu | 1/2 cake |
---|---|
Daikon radish | 5 cm |
Goshiki-arare (Five-color rice cracker bits) |
1 tablespoon |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the tofu into 1-cm cubes and grate the daikon radish.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the tofu for a quick boiling. Add the grated daikon and boil for a moment.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the goshiki-arare sprinkled.
