Adzuki-Bean Rice Cake White Miso Soup
Adzuki mochi is a rice cake with sweet adzuki bean paste. The combination of sweet and flavorful seared adzuki mochi and salty miso soup is very appetizing.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Adzuki mochi | 4 cakes (30 g/cake) |

Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Sear the adzuki mochi.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Lower the heat, dissolve the miso and add the adzuki mochi.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
