Pumpkin and Onion Miso Soup

Ingredients (4 servings)
Pumpkin | 250 g |
---|---|
Onion | 1/2 |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the pumpkin, unskinned, into rectangles. Slice the onion a little thickly.
- Boil the pumpkin and onion in the dashi stock until they become tender.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Sweet pumpkin goes well with the sweetness of onion in this miso soup.
