This is a Western-style miso soup of Chinese cabbage and Vienna sausage.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Chinese cabbage | 2 leaves |
---|---|
Vienna sausages | 4 |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Chop the Chinese cabbage into smaller pieces and cut the Vienna sausages diagonally into pieces.
- Boil the Chinese cabbage and Vienna sausages in the dashi stock.
- After the ingredients are cooked, lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
A good dashi seeps from Vienna sausages if they are cut into pieces.
