Stamina Miso Soup

The crispy texture of fried garlic chips would make you addicted to this miso soup.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Ground pork | 120 g |
---|---|
Tobanjan (Chili bean paste) | 1/2 teaspoon |
Nira (Chinese chive) | 4 stalks |
Sesame oil | 1 teaspoon |
Garlic | 1 clove |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the nira to 4 ~ 5-cm length. Slice the garlic and fry in vegetable oil into garlic chips.
- Put the sesame oil in a heated frying pan and stir-fry the ground pork. After the ground pork is cooked, add the nira and tobanjan and stir-fry further.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso. Place the ingredients of 2 in bowls and pour in the miso soup. Serve the miso soup with the garlic chips on top.
