Roasted Sweet Potato Miso Soup
Using a roasted sweet potato is an easy way to prepare a tasty miso soup.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Roasted sweet potato | 1 (medium to large ) ~ 170 g |
---|---|
Butter | 20 g |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Break the roasted sweet potato into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the roasted sweet potato and boil for a short time.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the butter on top.
