Crab and Egg Miso Soup

Ingredients (4 servings)
Eggs | 4 |

Canned crab | 40 g |
Vegetable oil | 1 tablespoon |
Banno-negi (Thin green onion) | 2 stalks |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the banno-negi diagonally to 2-cm width. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat. Add the crab and sauté the mix lightly with the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso.
- Place the sautéed egg and crab in bowls and pour in the miso soup of 2. Serve the miso soup with the banno-negi sprinkled.

You can make a tasty miso soup also with crab flakes.
