Directions
- Cut the Yukireitake Mushroom(Abalone Mushroom) mushrooms into proper sizes. Wash the miniature bok choy and separate into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the Yukireitake Mushroom(Abalone Mushroom) and miniature bok choy to cook.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
