Black Miso Soup
This miso soup with totally black ingredients is packed with nutrition.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Nori (Dried laver) | 4 g |
---|---|
Kuromame (Black soybeans) | 40 g |
Kajime seaweed | 120 g |
Black sesame | 4 teaspoons |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Boil the kuromame until tender. Cut the kajime seaweed and nori into proper sizes and place in bowls together with kuromame.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso.
- Pour the miso soup of 2 into the bowls. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the black sesame sprinkled.
★ A Note
Boiling the ingredients in miso soup makes their color dirty. Pour in miso soup just before serving.
