Ingredients (4 servings)
Kiriboshi-daikon (Dried daikon strips) | 8 g |
---|---|
Dried shiitake mushrooms | 2 |
Bacon | 2 strips |
Iriko (Dried small sardines) | 12 g |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Rehydrate the kiriboshi-daikon and dried shiitake mushrooms in water and cut into proper sizes. Cut the bacon to 1-cm width.
- Boil the kiriboshi-daikon, dried shiitake, iriko and bacon in the dashi stock.
- After the ingredients are cooked, lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
