Ingredients (4 servings)
Ama-togarashi | 4 |
---|---|
Chirimenjako | 4 tablespoons |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Grill the ama-togarashi lightly and cut into halves.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil, add the ama-togarashi and chirimenjako and boil for a moment.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Lightly grilling ama-togarashi increases its umami (good taste) and makes the miso soup fragrant and tasty.
