Pork Kimchi Miso Soup
This piquant miso soup energizes you and is good for a tired body.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Butabara (Sliced pork belly) | 120 g |
---|---|
Kimchi | 120 g |
Nira (Chinese chive) | 4 stalks |
Vegetable oil | 1 teaspoon |
Ito-togarashi (Thinly shredded red pepper) | 1/2 teaspoon |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the butabara and kimchi into proper sizes and the nira to 2 ~ 3-cm length.
- Put the vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the ingredients of 1.
- Add the dashi stock and boil for a moment. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the ito-togarashi on top.
