Watercress and Tempura Bit Miso Soup

The rich taste of tempura bits (agedama) enwraps watercress in this miso soup.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Agedama 4 tablespoons
Watercress 2 stalks
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the watercress to 2 ~ 3-cm length.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil, add the watercress and boil for a moment. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the agedama sprinkled.
