Mozzarella cheese | 80 g |
---|---|
Prosciutto | 8 slices |
Arugula | Several leaves |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Drain the mozzarella cheese and cut into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso. Add the prosciutto and mozzarella cheese and heat.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the arugula leaves on top.
