Uzumaki-fu | 16 pieces |
---|---|
Boiled sansai | 80 g |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the sansai and boil for a moment.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Add the uzumaki-fu and cook for a short time.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
