Sea Bream and Sea Lettuce Miso Soup

With light-tasting sea bream (tai) and vivid sea lettuce (aosa), this miso soup makes you feel the coming of spring.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Tai (filet) | 160 g |
---|---|
Dried aosa | 4 g |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the tai into proper sizes. Rehydrate the aosa in water and drain.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the tai.
- After the tai is cooked, lower the heat, dissolve the miso and add the aosa. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Aosa has a good flavor of the sea. It is easy to prepare but tasty and has a good texture. It is a perfect seaweed.
