New Burdock and Ground Sesame Miso Soup with Soymilk

Ingredients (4 servings)
New burdock in season | 1/2 ~ 1 |

Ground sesame | 2 tablespoons |
Konegi (Thin green onion) | 2 stalks |
Soymilk | 200 cc |
Dashi stock | 600 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the new burdock into chunks and chop the konegi into slightly long pieces.
- Boil the burdock in the dashi stock. After the burdock is cooked, lower the heat, dissolve the miso and add the soymilk.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the konegi and ground sesame sprinkled.
