Gyoza Miso Soup
Enjoy mildly sweet Chinese cabbage and gyoza in this miso soup.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Gyoza (Chinese dumplings, available on the market) | 8 |
---|---|
Chinese cabbage | 1 leaf |
Chingensai (Bok choy) | 2 stalks |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the Chinese cabbage and chingensai into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the gyoza, Chinese cabbage and chingensai. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Chinese cabbage and chingensai become tasty in winter.
