Spicy Miso Soup
Spicy Korean hot pepper paste (gochujang) in this miso soup warms you up from inside.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Harusame (Glass noodles) | 20 g |
---|---|
Ground pork | 60 g |
Mitsuba (Japanese honeywort) | 1/2 bunch |
Gochujang | 1 tablespoon |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Rehydrate the harusame in water and cut the mitsuba to 3 ~ 4-cm length.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the ground pork. After the ground pork is cooked, dissolve the miso and add the harusame, mitsuba and gochujang.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Since gochujang is very spicy, reduce its amount for children.
