Renkon | 1 section |
---|---|
Kaiwaredaikon | 1/2 pack |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Peel the renkon and grate.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the grated renkon. After the grated renkon is cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the kaiwaredaikon on top.
