Sesame-flavored Miso Soup with Soymilk
The flavor of sesame is appetizing. This is a healthy miso soup with a rich savor.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Potato | 1 |
---|---|
Bacon | 2 strips |
Spinach | 1 small stalk |
Sesame paste | 1 tablespoon |
Soymilk | 200 cc |
Dashi stock | 600 cc |
Miso | 4 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the potato, bacon and spinach into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the potato and bacon. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the sesame paste and soymilk.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the spinach on top.
