Maitake Mushroom and Pea Sprout Miso Soup

Maitake mushrooms | 1 pack |

Tomyo (Pea sprouts) | 1/2 bunch |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Remove the base off the maitake mushrooms and separate into small bunches. Remove the root section off the tomyo.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the maitake and tomyo and boil for a short time. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
