Enoki, Broccoli and Ham Miso Soup
The flavor of ham makes enoki mushrooms and broccoli tastier.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Enoki mushrooms | 1 pack |
---|---|
Broccoli | 1/2 head |
Thin-sliced ham | 2 slices |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the base off the enoki mushrooms and separate into 2 or 3 bunches. Boil the broccoli and separate into florets. Cut the ham into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the enoki and ham and boil for a short time. Lower the heat, dissolve the miso and add the broccoli.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
The ingredients are rare for ordinary miso soups, but miso is now sometimes used in French dishes.
