Asparagus and Japanese Ginger Miso Soup
This miso soup is full of flavors of the earth.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Asparagus | 4 spears |
---|---|
Myoga (Japanese ginger) | 2 |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces. Shred the myoga and soak it in water.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the asparagus. After the asparagus is cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the myoga on top.
