Mulukhiya and Thick Deep-fried Tofu Miso Soup

Mulukhiya is full of calcium. You can enjoy it easily with this miso soup.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Mulukhiya | 1/2 bunch |
---|---|
Atsuage (Thick deep-fried tofu) | 1 cake |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Boil the mulukhiya and chop it until it becomes sticky. Slice the atsuage into slightly thick pieces.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the atsuage. After the atsuage is cooked, dissolve the miso and add the mulukhiya.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Mulukhiya in the soup tastes very well going down.
