Pumpkin and Bacon Miso Soup
Sweet pumpkin comes with a savor of bacon in this miso soup.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Small pumpkin | 1/4 |
---|---|
Bacon | 4 pieces |
Sliced green onion | 1 tablespoon |
Dashi stock | 800 cc |
Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the pumpkin into slightly large cubes. Cut the bacon into 2-cm pieces.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the pumpkin and bacon. After the pumpkin and bacon are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil only for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the sliced green onion sprinkled.
★ A Note
Even if pumpkin is dissolved and mixed with miso, the miso soup tastes delicious.
